Add the cauliflower to a small stockpot filled with 2 inches of water. Bring the water to a boil and steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
Add the butter to a small sauté pan over medium heat. Add the leeks and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the steamed cauliflower to the bowl of the food processor fitted with the steel blade. Process for 30 seconds.
Add the leeks, Roasted Garlic Base, and Parmesan cheese to the food processor and pulse for 30 seconds more.
Remove the mash from the food processor and serve immediately.
