Directions
  1. Preheat grill to 400 °F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, butter, vegetable base, garlic, paprika, potatoes and onions. Toss to coat.
  3. Pour mixture in an aluminum-grilling pan and place directly on grill.
  4. Cook potatoes for 15 - 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
Serve as a side dish with Gaucho Style Crispy Sirloin.
