(6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
cup grainy mustard
⅔ cup grainy mustard
½ cup honey
tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced garlic
tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mix the chicken base, mustard, honey, garlic, red wine vinegar, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Divide the marinade in half. Add the remaining marinade and the chicken to a re-sealable plastic bag and toss to coat. Place the bag in the refrigerator for 2 hours and up to 8 hours.
Preheat the grill to 450 degrees.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place directly onto the grill. Grill for 6 minutes. Turn the chicken and brush with the reserved marinade. Grill for an additional 6 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the grill and serve with the remaining marinade.
