Directions
  1. Preheat grill to 400 °F.
  2. Mix chicken breast, tomatoes, fresh garlic, cumin, black pepper, chicken base, and cilantro in a bowl and put in an aluminum-grilling pan.
  3. Place pan directly on grill. Grill for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and continue to grill for 1 – 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortillas.
