Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix water, chicken base, garlic, coriander, black pepper, cumin and corn oil.
  2. Place chicken in bowl and coat to marinate for 15 – 20 minutes up to overnight.
  3. Once marinated, place chicken on hot (400 °F) grill and cook for 15 minutes or until done.
  4. Mix all ingredients for glaze together in a small saucepan.
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
