Better Than Bouillon® Grilled Sirloin
(4-6 ounce) sirloin steaks
4 (4-6 ounce) sirloin steaks
teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
teaspoons Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base
2 teaspoons Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base
teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground cumin
teaspoon red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon red wine vinegar
Preheat the grill to 450°F.
Combine the pepper, Roasted Beef Base, garlic powder, cumin, and vinegar. Firmly rub each side of the steaks, then allow the steaks to rest for 30 minutes.
Place steaks directly onto the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
Carefully remove the steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
In place of the steak feel free to substitute chicken cubes and Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base. Increase the grill time to 1 minute per side.
