Directions
  1. Add the oil to a large sauté pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add the onions, garlic, and chorizo and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the garbanzo beans, roasted red peppers, and vegetable base to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes more.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and add the parsley and crushed red peppers. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
