Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey with 1 tablespoon of the Cajun seasoning, chicken base, onion, Worcestershire, green onions, and garlic. Form into four ounce patties and set aside.
  2. Heat the grill to 400 degree. Place the burgers directly onto the grill and grill until cooked through, 3-4 minutes per side. Carefully remove the burgers from the grill using a long handled spatula to a serving plate.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and remaining teaspoon of Cajun seasoning. Divide the mayonnaise evenly between the buns, and top each with a turkey burger.
