2½ lbs Skirt Steak

Cilantro, fresh, chopped

cup Red Wine Vinegar
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
each Lime wedges
8 each Lime wedges
In a sauté pan heat olive oil
Add Garlic and fry until lightly golden.
Add crushed red chilies, Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
and Cilantro and remove from heat.
Add red wine vinegar and allow to cool.
Once marinade is cool pour over skirt steak and allow to marinate for 2-4 hours.
Cook Marinated skirt steak on a hot grill until desired temperature.
To serve, sprinkle with freshly squeezed lime juice.
