Smokey Grits with Creamy Goat Cheese
4 cups water
teaspoons Better Than Bouillon® Ham Base
1½ teaspoons Better Than Bouillon® Ham Base
¼ teaspoon salt
teaspoon ground white pepper
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
cup quick grits
1 cup quick grits
1 tablespoon butter
ounces goat cheese, cut into pieces

In a large saucepan, bring water to a gentle boil. Add Ham Base, salt and pepper, whisk to combine; gradually pour in grits while continuously whisking.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook and stir until grits begin to thicken, about 5-8 minutes.
Stir in butter until melted. Add goat cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Remove from heat and serve.
